If you do not pay your bank or financial institution in 30
days they can call a Florida Notary Public to package, seal and inventory the
content of your box. The Notary Public will issue a certificate reciting the
name of the lessee, the date of the opening of the box, and a list of its
contents. The Notary will include a copy of the notary certificate to be sealed
in package. The financial institution will also send a copy by certified mail to
your last known address.

If you do not respond 1 year after the mailing of the
certificate, the bank or financial institution may send a further notice to the
last known address of the lessee stating that, unless the accumulated charges
are paid within 30 days, the contents of the box will be sold at public auction.
